What data we collect: only the data you provide in the site's forms — hotel booking and appointment requests (name, phone, email and information about your pet, including any allergies and medication), contact messages and newsletter subscriptions (email).

How we use the data and on what legal basis: booking and appointment data is processed to respond to and manage your request (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request); contact messages to reply to you; the newsletter only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with: data is processed by Pet Fun and by the providers that keep the site running and handle the requests (site hosting, email service and the appointment-management system), acting as processors and solely on our instructions. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it: we keep the data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above and to comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights: you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of or objection to the processing of your data, as well as its portability, by contacting us at geral@petfun.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD — www.cnpd.pt).
